Mirror work is a form of shadow work, and everyone uses mirror work differently. 

I love doing mirror work and it has changed my life and so many people's lives too!

I teach mirror work in my Goddess mentorship and workshops and it is very transformational for the mind, body and spirit.

Each class will be a unique experience. I will be channeling this entire class, flowing with source energy and all activtices we will partake in.
