About the event

*** DATE CHANGED***

The hike will now take place on Sunday October 1st. 2023 - Full Moon Weekend!

Come Join us for a Nature Hike at North Shore Trails by Grapevine!

We will honor the change of seasons by honoring mother nature, and the beauty of all the elements.  Fall Equinox marks the closing of Summer and bringing into a new season of change. Let's reflect, recharge, and relax with intentions.

We will meet at 7:30am sharp for a nice hike. The hike will be roughly 1.5 hours. We will then do some intuitive stretching at the end of our hike, so make sure to bring your yoga mats! We will also do a grounding meditation together. Then close with an empowering message to get us ready for the new season!

**As this hike is happening on the full moon weekend, there is an opportunity for you to partake in sacred plant medicine ritual after the hike. The full moon combined with fall equinox energy is perfect for the LETTING GO of the old. This sacred plant medicine ritual will clear any stagnant energy out of your energetic fields and recalibrate your chakra systems. This is an add on that you can add to the hike. Please make sure you select that service when you reserve your tickets by texting Jo at 972-850-8878 or email us to add your ritual to the hike! The cost of the sacred plant medicine ritual is required to be paid before the hike. So the medicine can be prepared for the hike. 🍁🍂

We cannot wait to meet you! Exact meeting location will be provided after your registration.

***Please note this is an actual hike, we will get sweaty! So please bring the proper hydration, and wear the right shoes. Long pants are recommend, as well as bringing bug spray and wearing hats.***
